Works

In 2013-14 Government of Karnataka has announced to provide basic

infrastructure facilities to newly developed Ashraya layouts. Hence forth layout

formed after 2013-14, basic infrastructure facilities like Mini water supply, External

electrification, UGD, Roads, drains, Deck slab will be provided through RGRHCL.

A. Guide lines for providing infrastructure facilities

Basic Infrastructure facilities will be provided to Newly Developed Ashraya Layout

(2013-14 Onwards).

The Proposal shall be submit through District Administration for Infrastructure

facilities like Road, Drain, Deck slab, UGD, Layout Electrification and Drinking water

supply (Mini Water Supply) where 50% of the construction of houses were built in

the layout.

Beneficiaries should give consent for occupation of these houses after completion.

Urban Local body should give consent accept letter for Maintenance of Housing

and infrastructure after completion.

RGRHCL enters the below components as one time master data

Work Soft Ver-1.0 a Mobile App is developed, This App will work only for Urban Officials only, not for public.

The ULB official have to download RGRHCL Work Soft Mobile app from Google Play Store and download the Works

data and visit the field, where project is and then capture the stage wise progress of the work.

There are 3 stages i.e. 1) Before Commencing, 2) During Progress and 3) After Completion. For each stage 4

photographs need to be captured.

After capturing the stage wise photos, the ULB official upload the data.

All the uploaded data will be updated in Central Server.

MIS Reports, Scheme wise, State wise and Project wise drill down

reports can be viewed.

How to useFor RGRHCL use:

Concerned officer of RGRHCL will enter the works details using Work Soft Application in

http://ashraya.kar.nic.in

Enter the Valid User Name and Password and Click on Login Button.

After Successfully Logged into the Application select the “Work Soft Entry” menu inside the Work Soft for filling the

Works Details.

3. Enter the Work Name.

4. Select the District Name.

5. Select the Town Name.

6. Enter the Work Location Name(If Multiple Location Click on Yes Button).

7. Enter the Project Cost in (Rs).

8. Select the Project Start Date.

9. Enter the Gov Order No.

10. Select the Gov Order Date.

11. Select the Name of the Agency.

12. (If Other Agency Selected then Enter the Agency Name.)

13. After filling all the data click on Save Button.

1. Select the Financial year of the work.

2. Select the Work Type. i.e. (AHP, Ashraya Layout Infrastructure Development, Ashraya Site).

If Multiple location for same work click on yes button in Sub location required option.

MIS ReportTo view the Reports select the “Work Soft Report” menu inside the Work Soft. The reports Drill

downs up to Individual Work.

1. Go to Goggle Play Store & search "RGRHCL Work Soft“

2. Click RGRHCL Work Soft.

Select the Capture Photo option for Capturing the image

Select the District and Town and click on Download Button

Select the work id and select the work location.

Select the work id and select the Location Name.

Select Level for which GPS photo of that is to be clicked. (If the Photo is already captured Green dot

will be shown above the camera icon).

4 Different Photographs for each stage is compulsory.

Once photo captured click on save Button

Select UPLOAD option for upload the captured photographs.
