Direct deposit The codes are: Workbook 1 = 5, Workbook 2 = 6, Workbooks 1&2 = 56, Advanced Book = 7, Chess clock = 8, Chess set = 9

For example, SSPS5JSmith would be John Smiths payment for Workbook 1 at Strathfield South Public School. If you pay by direct deposit, you must email a receipt and this order form to enrol@sydneyacademyofchess.com.au
