    Q. Who can add a comment?A. [Marla] Employees and managers can make comments

    to their goals, and the comments are visible to both of them.

    Q. Can I delete a comment?A. [Marla] Yes. You can delete a comment you have added,

    if necessary. Employees can delete a comment they added, and managers can delete a comment manager added. Employee cannot delete a manager comment or vice versa.

    Q. Where do I see comments? It there a size or character limit?

    A. [Marla] Comments are in the performance review, and there is no space limit to how much text you can add.
