Interpersonal conflicts occur when two or more people disagree over an issue or when they experience opposition emotional to one another. There are three strategies responding to the resolution:

Lose/lose-avoidance of conflict is done by recognizing both sides of conflicts. Compromise each party give up something in value. Conflicts may appear to have been solved, disagreement are smoothed over, however the future conflict over the same time issue will arise again.

Win/lose- conflicts are solved through force by someone have superior skills. This result in only one person has gained anything and the problem has not resolved, future conflict over the same issue may arise again or lead to related conflict.

Win/win- confrontation of the issue and problem is resolve on the both sides. Conflict is unlikely to arise again.
