• Having good INTENTION upon interlocutor
• Assuming a good INTENTION OF ANOTHER PERSON
• KNOWLEDGE of the culture of a partner
• Finding COMMONALITIES and building relation on sympathy and common values
• Be aware of cultural DIFFERENCES, accept them and know how to cope with them
