We would like to invite you for a workshop on Paediatric Solid Tumours. Organised by the Paediatric Solid Tumour Disease Management Group of Tata Memorial Hospital. This event plans to have an innovative approach in discussing the multi-disciplinary management of the most common Solid Tumours in Children.
The workshop will benefit all clinicians and residents who are involved in care of children with solid tumours such as Paediatric Surgeons, Oncologists, Oncosurgeons, Paediatricians, Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists, Palliative Care Specialists etc.
“ We aim to introduce an interactive workshop based format to simplify the understanding of Paediatric Solid Tumours. A multi-disciplinary faculty specialising in Pediatric solid tumour will interact with delegates to imbibe in them diagnostic pathways and approach to different Paediatric Solid Tumours. In addition delegates and residents will get an opportunity to discuss a variety of common and uncommon tumours. ”
A wide range of operative videos including those for Neuroblastoma, Wilms Tumour, Hepatoblastoma, Sarcomas, insertion of lines and ports, etc will be shown. The nuances of each surgical procedure will be discussed.

TOPICS COVERED
Various topics such as Radiology for Cancer – hits and misses, Role of Pathology and Immunohistochemistry, Chemoradiation – Adjuvant and Neo-Adujvant, Nutrition in Cancer, Vascular access, will cover the various multi-disciplinary aspects of dealing with children with solid tumours.

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION● Abstracts are invited for award papers, free papers, and poster presentations. ● Structured abstracts are to be submitted in standard format with no more then 300 words by
closing date 25th February 2016 e-mail to [email protected]● Registration is mandatory prior to any paper or poster presentation submission. ● 8 best papers and 2 posters based on the merit of relevance, innovative approach and
applicability, will be given TMH solid tumour scholarship including free registration, travel (3 tier AC to and fro) and accommodation.
