PORTFOLIO TEMPLATE
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. All teams entering the WCS Preliminary are required to submit a single portfolio
per team.
2. It is preferred that you use the template below for your portfolio submission.If you would like to create your own personalized portfolio without using this
template, you may do so, however please make sure to include all the information required (as below).
3. Once completed, you may delete this page of the template.
4. Please submit your completed portfolio as a PDF document (word files will not be accepted) no larger than 100 megabytes, here: https://goo.gl/forms/2ETxQVJVwwSw43ax1Portfolio submission is due by 11:59pm 30th of June 2019.
5. If you have any questions, please email them to [email protected]. Please also refer to the WCS Preliminary Rules & Procedure document for further details on the competition.
6. Music/Video submission is due 1-week after the portfolio. Teams can submit their Video/Audio files through download link (either Dropbox, Google drive, or Wetransfer link & email to: [email protected] submitting via this form: https://goo.gl/forms/8xQGHbJsoXlYcYxC3Video/Audio submissions are due by 11:59pm 7th of July 2019.
7. All teams must be available to attend scheduled rehearsals & judgement at SMASH!, ICC – International Convention Centre, Sydney, 12th-14th July 2019.

Access to backstage is strictly limited to the team members and one backstage helper. Names of each team member and one backstage helper will be on the backstage access list. Please provide the name of the backstage helper. Please make sure your helper has a preregistered entry to SMASH!, as do you. Note that teams that sneak in additional helpers backstage will be disqualified.
