We had a wonderful Gasparilla Season here at GCM with Pirate Week, Math+Arts+Bots, Gasparilla Music Festival Kids’ Fest, and so much more!

Join us this April for Water Conservation Month as we preserve our beautiful Planet Earth. Whether you experience the water cycle as a drop of water in Water’s Journey or collaborate in an Ocean Clean-Up in KidsPort, GCM’s pop-up environmental programming throughout the month will teach your little learners about water, climate, and sustainability.

In May, we will be celebrating International Children’s Month! We’re drawing inspiration from children’s festivals all around the world — like Oslo, Norway where 60,000+ children take to the streets in traditional Norwegian garb for a huge children’s parade! In Japan, vibrant and colorful fi sh streamers are fl own to celebrate children’s personalities. Participate in global festivities like these all month at GCM!

Also this May, GCM is proud to showcase the blockbuster traveling exhibit, MathAlive! from May 27-July 9! Perfect for tweens, this exhibit brings math to life as kids discover the calculations involved in skateboarding, fashion, video gaming, and more. MathAlive! is included with Museum admission and is free for Members and active military families. Participate in grand opening celebrations Memorial Day Weekend and at an exclusive Member Morning on June 5, 10am-1pm. Adventure abounds at MathAlive!

See you at the Museum!
