Many ATA registered events have been postponed or rescheduled. If postponement of the US Open by the ATA is necessary, the rescheduled dates will be September 9-13, 2020 at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex. The schedule of events and activities will be identical to those shown in this program, so a revised program will not be printed and mailed. A link to a digital version of the program will be emailed to the ATA numerous times in advance of the shoot as a reminder. An updated digital version will also be available on shootata.com.

Not all sections are used every day.
2. You will enter your squadding preferences by using the touch screen system.
3. You MUST have your plastic card to squad. After swiping your ATA card, and the cards of others that you wish to squad with, you will select the event that you wish to squad for and preferred post(s). After providing your preference of an early, middle, or late squad and preferred bank section, and which of these two is most important, you will be shown six (6) possible squads on the screen from which to make your selection.
4. After making your selection, you will assign shooters to posts. You will then be given the option of squadding for another event, or exiting the squadding process.
5. In the case of yardage differential on Handicap events, you will be able to squad your list of shooters on individual squads, if necessary.
6. When squadding a group of shooters with yardage differential, it is recommended that you squad for all Singles and Doubles events first, and then squad the first group of shooters that can shoot together on Handicap, followed by the next group that can shoot together.
7. Handicap squadding will be done in strict accordance to the ATA rules.
8. A shooter may squad for only one position per event.
9. Squadding by telephone will not be allowed. If you draw squad positions that will not be used for an event, please return to squadding, or use one of the self-service kiosks to release your position. Anyone that does not release unused positions will risk having any or all subsequent pre-squadded positions in their name released by Management.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV/”Drone”) use - The use of a UAV on WSRC property without prior written approval from the ATA and IDNR is prohibited. Approved use of a UAV must fully comply with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements, licensing, and guidelines as well as any other applicable laws.
Quads (also called ATV’s) are NOT permitted, per IDNR rules, for personal or shooter use. (If you straddle it, while seated, it is not permitted) The use of transportation vehicles of any kind, with the exception of chairs, will not be permitted on the shooting fields during competition and shootoffs. The sole exception to this rule will be utilization of golf carts by shoot management of the US Open for the purpose of running the US Open. Shoot management will minimize the use of golf carts wherever possible and see that the rule against the use of transportation vehicles is enforced. Shooters may use registered golf carts and licensed mopeds throughout the Complex observing the following Golf/Utility Cart Rules:
• A signed permit usage agreement and a copy of insurance is required to rent or use personal carts on the ground of the WSRC. View www.shootata.com for more details and forms.
• The ATA and on-site law enforcement officials will exercise their authority to monitor the use and speed of all golf/utility carts. Speed and safety regulations will be strictly enforced and citations will be issued.
• An identifying permit will be issued, and must be affixed, to indicate that you are properly registered.
• NO cart/moped travel on Cardinal Rd. You may cross Cardinal Rd. at the designated intersections.
• NO cart/moped travel on any pedestrian sidewalk. You may cross only at appropriate intersections.
• NO cart/moped travel in front (grass or sidewalk) of Vendor Row Building or Stadium Area.
• NO cart/moped travel directly in front of Portable Vendors so as to obscure their signs or pedestrian traffic.
• Pedestrians and vehicles have the right of way; yield when you are in traffic and be courteous.
• Observe all signage and read the Event Program Guide for additional rules and requirements.
• There will be no racing or other unsafe operating practices while driving your (or any) cart(s).
• If you anticipate operating your cart after dark, you must use lights (fixed or portable) and reflectors.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to register your cart and 16 years of age or older to operate.
• All cart operators must possess a valid state issued driver’s license. Learner’s permits will not suffice.
• You must maintain insurance limits of $500,000.00, Combined Single Limits (CSL) refer to sample COI.
• You must follow the directions of all premises security personnel and/or any ATA Official.
• Violators will be given one (1) warning only. Thereafter, all cart or moped privileges will be revoked.
