Problems in the capacity of concentration and with your memory. It reduces the coordination. Change the sexual maturing hormones. 6. What is obesity? Is defined as a great accumulation of fats that can be damaging for your health. 7. How many people will have obesity in the World in 2015? There will be 2300 million adults with overweight and more than 700 with obesity. 8. What factors cause obesity? A worldwide change in the diet eating food with a great quantity of calories (fats and sugars) but few vitamins and minerals. We tend to reduce our physical activity due to sedentary nature of many jobs or to several changes in transport. 9. What are the consequences of obesity? Cardiovascular illnesses. Diabetes. Osteoarthritis Cancer. 10. What do you think about the unhealthy habits? I think that the unhealthy habits didn’t have to exist because if they don’t exist the world will be better. Also, I think that the Tabaco, drugs and obesity should disappear.
