Were you given the wrong information? Did you not do enough research? Were you led to believe something that was not true? *It can be tough to make a judgment call. *But sometimes you should say something. *Pauls ministry includes many letters where he confronts the early church on how they were acting. Take a look at your own sin before looking at others. HHow is your walk with God? AAre you lukewarm? AAre you doing anything to improve? IIs your faith Transparent So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape Gods judgment? --Romans 2:3 *Take a look at your own life before looking at others *All will be judged Slide 18 Judgment Lessons from Paul *Because you are a Christian that does not mean you are the judge. *God is the final Judge. *Show the love of Christ Instead, speaking the truth in love we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ. Ephesians 4:15 NIV *The purpose of Pauls ministry is to bring people closer to God *Sometimes confronting someones sin can help bring a person closer to living Gods way This needs to be done with caution, prayer, and love.
