OREGON CLINICAL & TRANSLATIONAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE Write Winning Grants Seminar by John Robertson, Ph.D. Grant Writers’ Seminars and Workshops Seminar Description: This widely acclaimed seminar comprehensively addresses both practical and conceptual aspects important to the proposal writing process. Emphasis is given to idea development, identification of the most appropriate granting agency, how to write for reviewers, and tips and strategies of proven value in presenting an applicant's case to reviewers. Held virtually over two half-day sessions, this live streamed seminar will also be recorded. The recording will only be available for 30 days following the event and to those who register. Who should attend and why? Faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and students planning to write a research grant in the next two years. This is an appropriate seminar for individuals with lesser grant writing experience, and is a good refresher for those with more extensive experience.
