When I think about a special person, I think about my friend Sheila. Sheila loves gardening and in the spring her garden is full of colorful flowers. Sheila also writes wonderful stories. She even won a prize for a short story she wrote! In addition, she plays the piano. Sheila has amazing, beautiful eyes. She has the bluest eyes I've ever seen. But the best thing about Sheila is her caring and loving personality. To sum up, Sheila is really a special person. She's always ready to help others. I'm lucky to have her as a friend.

Topic: Describe a Special Birthday Present

For my 16th birthday I got a great mountain bike. I asked my parents for it for a long time. Finally, they bought it for me. I went out with them and I saw it wrapped with a red ribbon. Its color is black and light blue. It's really big but it's not heavy at all. It has special handlebars and 18 gears. I actually ride it everywhere. In the summer I will go on long trips with it. To sum up, I'm really excited about this present. It's the best present I have ever got!

Topic: Describe a Surprise Party Last week I organized a surprise party for my best

friend. He is 17 years old. First, I asked his parents if it was fine to have a party in their house. Then, I asked my friends to buy some food and drinks. One of them made a cake and bought some balloons. Another one prepared the music. But the most difficult thing was to organize everything without him knowing about it. In the evening I told him that we were going to see a movie. At the same time all the friends were in the house getting ready for the party. When the movie was over, we went to his house and everyone shouted "surprise!" it was really a great party! All of us had a lot of fun.
