7.1. Journal articles
• If you do plan to try and publish parts of your research in a journal, there are a few things you’ll need to consider:
1- Each journal will have a particular focus and will only publish research which is in line with that focus. You will therefore need to select a journal which offers the most suitable forum for the publication of your article.
2- You’ll need to consider journal’s reputation and prestige.

• If you do you plan to try and publish parts of your research in a journal, there are a few things you’ll need to consider.
1. Each journal will have a particular focus and will only publish research which is in line with that focus. You will therefore need to select a journal which offers the most suitable forum for the publication of your article.
2. You’ll need to consider is the journal’s reputation and prestigues. It may be easier to publish in less prestiguos journal but the weight of publication will be lower.
3. Style, each journal has its own style.
• Remember, the process of getting an article published can often be a long and difficult one. Be prepared to have your work rejected first time around and to recast it where necessary, but don’t lose heart and give up.

7.2. A book
• The proposal• If you feel your research report has the potential to be turned into a book then the first stage is for you submit a proposal to a suitable publisher, one book has a tradition of publishing books in your particular field of interest.
• A brief overview or “synopsis” of the book –its main thrust and the thinking behind writing it.• A more detailed description of the content, along with a Table of Contents.• Some sample material- two chapter is fairly common.• Some other details about the book such as its anticipated lenght, whteher it will include any illustrations.• A copy of your CV.
• The review process, going to contract and the publisher’s house style• This steps are very similar as to submit for a journal article.

7.3. Conference presentations
• International conferences is the best place to expond your research and ideas before be submitted in a journal.
• In key international conferences, paper submissions need to be in well in davance, sometimes around 9 monts.
• Also conference presentations is the best way for having new ideas and learning a lot about your research area and what was going on in the other investigation groups.

7.4. A final notes
• Publishing is never an easy rtide, and it can be a painfully slow and frustrating one at times, so be prepared to have to work for that publication! Keep faith with yourself, perserve, and don’t lose heart if you fail at your first few attempts.
