Track Inbound Packages Anywhere, Anytime

For each parcel received, the user scans the barcode with the provided scanner and the details are recorded in the database. If the parcel has no barcode, the user can easily create a tracking label. Once the parcel is recorded, your internal recipients will receive an email notification informing them of their parcel’s arrival. A signature on the handheld device acknowledges the safe arrival of their package to them.

With the handheld device, the location of all your parcels are right at your fingertips, 24/7. By tracking the parcel at each step in the chain of custody, you will be provided with a precise status with time and location from parcel receipt and transit, all the way to delivery. If delivery incidents occur, the handheld device is able to take photos, which are saved along with all tracking details on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) server.
