Below steps and screenshots demonstrate how to use token with new digital signer when entering online transactions. Online transaction is 2 step process –

1. Set up transaction – Temp Transaction is set up. Token is not used in this step.2. Verify transaction – Temp Trasnaction is committed using Token based authentication. This will

require user to use token and authenticate the transaction. The Token must be mapped to user login prior to commiting the transaction.

Below screenshot displays a typical off market transaction screen as an example. Authentication steps for all transactions temp setups are same.

Click on submit (shown on bottom right in above screenshot)Temporary Transaction Setup message is displayed as shown in below screenshot.

Click on verify button (shown in bottom right corner in above screenshot).

Alternately, user can verify temp transactions by going to Menu: Transactions -> Setup and filter for status ‘Txn Temp Setup’ as shown in below screenshot.

Select transaction to be verified and click on commit button (shown in bottom left corner in above screenshot).

If digital token is not inserted, system will show you popup to Retry /Reconfigure Token.

For reconfiguring (usually required when different token is used on same machine) - Insert Token and click on Reconfigure button.

System will show a pop up. Select token type and the path to dll file and click Save button.

Once the settings are saved, subsequently for each click of submit button, a pop up to enter password will be shown.

Enter Token password and click OK

If certificate is not mapped to login, system will show below message.

If token mapping is done, system will display the success message along with Transaction Id

If Token was removed when commit button is clicked, insert Token and click on Retry Button.

System will show pop up to enter Token password.

On successful authentication, system will display the success message along with Transaction Id.
