WelcomeNovember 6, 2019

Welcome to the fourth annual Home Improvement eRetailer Summit. I grew up in Chicago, so it’s always nice to return back “home” to a market that has supported independent retailers for over a century. It’s also great to return to the Summit this year as an Advisory Council member, and on behalf of the other members, we would like to welcome you to the Windy City. Based on your feedback, we have implemented some changes and enhancements to our program. These updates include providing ample time for questions and interactive discussions with the presenters while also fostering a more casual environment for networking. Attendees now have the opportunity to schedule your own dinners and after-hours meetings with fellow retailers, manufacturers, prospects, and service providers.

To get the most out of this event we encourage you to meet the other attendees, ask questions, share your stories, and most importantly, follow up when you get back to your office. Please reach out to any of the Advisory Council members if you have any questions here in Chicago or when you get back home. We wish you the best of success at this year’s Summit! Sincerely,

Brian Fricano CEO/FounderSustainable Supply
