TOOLS REQUIRED• Phillips Driver (Recommended Magnetic)
• Permanent Marker
• Drill
• 1/8” Metal Drill Bit
• 5/16” Nut Driver
PARTS REQUIRED• 9321571 Nylon Hole Pin (4)
Preparation
1. Remove chilled product out of machine cabinet and place in refrigerator.
Disassembly
2. Remove door
A. Use a screwdriver to remove the top threaded metal hinge pin. (See Figure 1)
NOTE: Lock-tight was used during factory installation, so extra force may be required.
B. Tilt door out from top and pull up, sliding bottom pin out of the hinge bracket. (See Figure 2)
C. Gently set door aside.
3. Remove hinge brackets
A. Use 5/16” nut driver to remove screws from both hinge brackets. (See Figure 3)
4. Move the nylon hole plug on top of door to hole on opposite end top of door. (See Figure 4)
5. Interchange the threaded hinge pin and the nylon hole plug on bottom of door.
NOTE: Lock-tight was used during factory installation, so extra force may be required for removal of threaded hinge pin.
Important�Move chilled product out of cabinet to refrigerator.

Installation
6. Install hinges
A. Use the laser etch marks on the cabinet to drill 1/8” diameter holes for the hinge brackets. (See Figures 5 & 6)
NOTE: If hard to see, mark with permanent marker.
B. Fasten bottom bracket to cabinet.
C. Fasten top bracket to cabinet.
7. Set door bottom hinge pin in bottom hinge bracket. Tilt door up and slide into closed position.
8. Line up top door hole with top bracket.
9. Use screwdriver to install top door pin.
10. Test door opens and closes correctly. Repair or make adjustments if necessary.
11. Install nylon pins into old screw holes.
Reassembly
12. Return product in cabinet.
13. Test product dispenses. Repair if necessary.
