Overview
Jobvite is the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) we use at Personified to track, source, screen and submit candidates.
This system is an innovative social recruitment product which includes a recruiting CRM, social recruiting software, and provides a complete hiring solution.
These slides will provide you with a brief overview of some of the basic functions and resources available through Jobvite.
Getting Started
•Email from your Sourcing and Solutions Manager welcoming you to Jobvite is found in your Outlook Inbox
Type in new
password and hit
login.
Create a new password. Make sure
to remember it, you will use this every time
you log in.

Connect with your Facebook to create
Jobvites
Be sure to make it
visible on your profile
Add it to your Facebook so
connections can see available jobs and
apply
You have the option to connect Jobvite with your business professional Facebook profile to share jobs with connections.

Getting a Job Link for Postings
Under Link Type, always be sure to select “Text” Link. Select the page you would like the applicant to view:
◦ Job Description Page – Overview of job description and requirement.
◦ Apply for Job Page – This will take the applicant directly to the portal to upload their resume without any information on the job.
◦ Main Career Page – Use this option if there are multiple positions available for one company that you would like an applicant to see.
The dropdown box contains a list of approved sources that you may use for posting job links.
If your source is not on this list you will need to contact your manager and discuss your need for that specific source.
Once you have selected the appropriate source you can click on the “Get Link” button and a URL will be generated for you to use.

Campaigns In Jobvite, a campaign is a collection of
candidates sourced for a requisition. This collection of candidates can be sent “Jobvites.” Campaign metrics such as open rates and applications are tracked on the Dashboard.
Campaigns
Under the Campaigns tab, click here to begin your campaign
Click here to add selected candidates to your campaign
Select candidates and send Jobvite
Track your JobvitesTrack the success of your campaigns on your Homepage.
Screening Candidates
Click to get to all open requisitions
Click for a dropdown of clients. Click on your client
Click on number of candidates to access candidate resumes
Candidate ResumesSort by candidate status
Search by keyword or phrase
Searching Candidate Resumes for KeywordsOpen up the requisition and select the status
you would like. (All, Visual Screen Accepted, Phone Screen Rejected, etc.)
Enter your keywords or boolean string to search through the candidates resumes.
Jobvite will then only show you candidates that have the keywords in their resume and will rank them based on relevancy.
When looking at individual resumes, the keywords will be highlighted in yellow for you.

Add notes about the candidate. Candidate will not be able to see this information but it can be viewed by any recruiter

Use this button to skip to a different status

ReportsPlease see the Reports tab for numerous pre-defined and custom developed reports. Please see attached document for custom reports creation. *Please make new custom reports private until approved by your manager.
