• Element 2 strategy provides for a lead agency for each Space Data Service

• How does SDCG marshal the capacity to manage country relationships?– What are the available resources from CEOS

agencies?– How to leverage institutional capacity in FAO and

WB?




Practical Next Steps

• Discussions amongst the Leads on roles of SDCG and FAO / WB in country service delivery– Need direction from Leads on FAO / WB roles

• Practical steps:– SDCG to respond SDCG-5 country day actions with best

efforts– Advance GFOI Space Data Services definition based on

country feedback (limited to date)– Continued SEO service provision as capacity allows– Consider the need for an “SDCG Country Coordinator”???
