which comprise 10% or more of the local population.
• Government changes to HMO Planning Rules 1.4.10 All HMOs to require planning permission After a “material change”
• HMO License renewal 5 year licenses will start to come up for renewal in the next
few months and we are concerned as to the level of renewal fees
