On 10th October 2014 the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAC) raised threat level to UK Police
Abu Muhammad al-Adnani is a leader and spokesman for ISIL who has issued a call for mujahideen, or Islamic warriors, in Europe, America, Australia and Canada, to kill “the disbeliever, whether he is civilian or military”. He urges them to do so in “any manner or way”.

Parwinder Baning, 21, appeared at Leicester Crown Court
Baning possessed or had ordered 92 weapons which included a 100,000-volt stun gun - twice as powerful as police tasers, knuckle dusters, pepper spray, push daggers and an extendable baton.
Officers also found 37 knives including hunting knives, martial arts knives and throwing knives.
