Member Portal –Features & Benefits

You can create your account by using any of the documents such as PAN, AADHAR, NPR (National Population Register), Bank Account, Voter ID, Passport or Driving License, etc.

No need to remember password or login. Your document number and mobile number works as login and password.

Facility of E Passbook which provides details of each and every transaction happened in your PF account i.e. date-wise entry of Contribution from employee and employer, interest, advances taken or transfer in or out details from 2008-2009 onwards.

Member can use same login details and generate E-passbooks for 10 PF accounts. Facility to display the accounts of inoperative accounts will be provided through request.

• You will get SMS once your E Passbook is generated. Though its claimed to take 3 days, it may extend till 2 months.

• Once Passbook is generated, you can see all transactions done in your account which includes monthly contribution, interest, advances or transfers

Know your claim status



‘Know your claim status’ details are linked to the centralized system of all PF offices which helps to track the claim without following up with PF offices through Personal visit or phone calls.

It gives the claim status of any claim submitted to Provident Fund office.

No need to login in system. You can check the status of the claim by entering your PF no.

Know your EPF Balance



The Know your EPF Balance link helps to get total amount accumulated in PF account.

No need to create login ID in the system. Only PF no is sufficient for getting balance

Balances sent through system on the mobile no given by member.

Balances are as on 31st March 2012. (for Persistent Systems ltd)

EE Stands for Employee Contribution plus interest and ER stands for Employer Contribution plus interest

Enter your name as per PF office records

* You can use other employer’s Establishment code and PF no to get the PF balances from other accounts.

Integrated Grievance Management System


EPFIGMS

Members can raise their queries, grievances related to status of the claim, details of settlement, reporting of errors or balance in PF account.

Queries are directly sent to Commissioner of PF for that particular office

Answer to query is sent by PF office on given email ID within 30 days from the date of submission.

This tool is also useful to speed up the process and report delay in claim processing or settlement.
