running on-line tenders for suppliers, known as eAuctions.
PROe.biz is certified by the Ministry of Informatics according to the
law 137/2006.
PROe.biz has been used more than 14.500 times including
complicated international and intercontinental eAuctions (Pakistan,
Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Czech republic).

What is an e-auction
on-line tenders that are an interactive negotiation about price and other
conditions of a contract definiton of the subject and conditions including chosen participants in most cases an eAuction runs in 2 rounds: Preliminary and Comparison The Preliminary round is for entering an opening quotation, optional
conditions and for debugging any possible technical problems of
participants then the eAuction itself starts as the Comparison round

buying/selling eAuction – negotiation about price and other optional
conditions, see previous slide continual price negotiations – repeated eAuctions to keep current with
market conditions inquiry / marketing survey – not an eAuction, just price inquiry, for
informational purposes special eAuctions – investment eAuctions, in this case the eAuction is
just a part of a multi-round tender, as a price negotiation (or other
conditions)

you can create new eAuctions by simply copying already closed
eAuctions we recommend setting a base currency and exchange rate when
addressing suppliers with different currencies always check submitted bids in the first round, you will avoid possible
problems during an eAuction
