FOR ONLINE TICKET CANCELLATIONS - THE REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS CASH COUPONS, WHICH CAN BEREDEEMED AT THE TIME OF NEXT TICKET BOOKING. THE CASH COUPON WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY E-MAIL.
