1. Metallic burglar resistant doors Doors target at setting in wall holes, as the entering with aim of prevention of non- sanctioned penetration into apartment and its heat- sound saving. Also, according to technical task, doors can be completed with glass pane, decorative grill, oak or MDF cover plate,door closer, peep-hole, platbands, additional lock and so on.We produce doors on individual measures: single and double. Standard acquisition includes mechanism Mul-T-Lock М-235 (267) (Israel production) of 4-lined closure.

Door leaves are producing of two cold-rolled metal sheets with thickness 1,5-2,0 mm and have Z - shaped ribs of inflexibility , frame of construction – with thickness 2мм., on flexing technology, with heat- and sound insulation (mineral wool "ROCWOOL").
Finishing: Polymer-powder coating (Shagreen) or (only for door leaf) plastic film PVC Vinorit /Israel, 42 types/ or MDF cover finished with PVC Vinorit / Israel, 42 types / or oak cover plate (according to Task).
There is defence plate (metal thickness 3 mm) on external door leaf – in the place of general lock and girth rail's. The construction is completed by 2 anti-cuts, 3 hinges, 2 marking tables on door leaf and frame , 2 contours of rubber compression.
The threshold has stainless steel cover (according to Task).
All the doors can be used outside and have имеют UV-protection, temperature drooping- and moisture defence. They are burglar resistant and ecologic safe.

Company «Stal-M» uses the main lock of 3-lined closure (3 pin dead bolt system) Mul-T-Lock М-235 (267) (Israel production).
Comfortable shorting by one turn of the key. There is possibility of traction’s decatenation. Uses with cylinder EuroDin, cog-wheel and protect accessories Mul-T-Lock, Rostex or protectors of standard EuroDin.
There is third hole for accessories' Rostex fastening .

There are three light hinges оn bearings, which can be only external. They help to make the weight of doors less.
Also there is a double contour of rubber compression.
The heat insulation is fiberglass, mineral wool ROCKWOOL, with thickness 100 mm , compressed in the door leaf (50 mm) –it is ideal according to the density of compression, so the heat insulation doesn’t subside during the term of exploitation.

There is heat- and sound insulation inside of profile. The revetment of gates is made of steel profile sheet. Working gate leaf is equipped with fire proof lock NEMEF 1739/03 (Netherlands) and closer RYOBI D-4550 (Japan). The gates can be equipped with wicket, which is fixed by 3 hinges on bearings.Also fire proof can be completed with additional automatics. We use incut system Antipanic to provide mechanical closing if the door is closed outside.
Thickening ribbon «OGRAX» is reserving to use for encapsulation of gaps between the door leaf and door box in fire proof doors in case of fire – the ribbon thickens, increases in it’s size and closes the gapes, providing the protection from hot gases, fire & smoke.

4. Office safes and guns security cabinets
Our company «Stal-M», LLC produces office safes and guns security cabinets. The construction is made of cold-rolled steel sheets (1,5 mm) by flexed technology, and external side – 2 mm. All the safes have internal hinges with function of door controlling down the height, and secure lock ТМ "Guardian“. Also it is possible to use another locks, including electronic locks TM"MAUER". Guns security cabinets have a separate cell for ball-cartridges and are equipped with comfortable clamps of gun barrels. We paint safes with polymer-powder cover (colour: brown or grey), which is very resistant. The safe doors can be pasted plastic film PVC Vinorit /Israel, 42 types/.
