CIS (DWP Customer Information System) - Finance and Welfare Rights staff. This system requires special permissions to access.

A number of reports are run on the social work systems which provide information for operational/ management/ /performance purposes as follows:

1. A number of reports can be run directly from careFirst. These are called Actuate reports.

2. A number of Business Objects reports have been developed to cover areas where reports are not available directly from careFirst. It is anticipated that these will be replaced by Infoview reports in due course (see below).

3.Infoview (BI Launchpad) – This system allows users to refresh and manipulate existing careFirst and iWorld reports/data. A number of Social Work staff currently have access to this system and there are plans in place to roll out to all Social Work staff in the near future

Access to systems require user name and password.

Access to reports as follows:

1. Actuate reports produced by end user from Social work systems. Programming by Social Work staff/Access. A list of current Actuate reports can be found in Appendix 1.

2. These Business Objects reports are available on EDRMS and/or sent out by e-mail. They are produced by Social Work staff/Access.

3. A full list of current careFirst and iWorld reports available on Infoview can be found in Appendix 2 and 3 respectively.
