We’ve been working hard on improving the Member Experience at the WyomingAntelope Club over the past few months and that work is starting to come tofruition. For you, the Club Member, the biggest change you’ll notice over the nextfew weeks is our New Club Website located at:

Aside from a generally more pleasing visual experience, we’ve tried to organize thedisciplines and general information in an easier to navigate format. Also, you willnote that this new website works great on your Smartphone and you can access allyour Members Profile from a PC, Tablet or Smartphone with little effort once you’veslightly different ‘look’, rest assured, you are still on the new WAC website; it isconfigured using advanced mobile code that will eliminate many pictures to makeyour onlineMobile/Smartphone experiencemore efficient.

I hope everyone is doing well. As most know bynow we have a new andimproved website now. This newsletter is for information to best use thewebsite. Please read explanation of how to use the site. Most important isthat a good email address for everymember of the Club. This site wasdesigned to run the membership byyou the member. Without a good emailaddress you will not be able to make changes and renew your membershipwhen due. You will not be able to get notices about your membershiprenewal or the events at the WAC. If you have had a change in your email,please send it to memberships@pinellasoutdoorshootingrange.com. In thecoming months we willbe able to reduce the cost of running the Club.Please take the time to read the pages to learn how to use the site.

If you manage a discipline and would like your information updated and/or scoresposted, please send them directly to Dan Price atmemberships@pinellasoutdoorshootingrange.com and he’ll ensure it gets to thecorrect person and updated in a timely manner.

We’ve made some important changes and would like to take a few minutes andreview what’s new and more importantly, how it will affect you moving forward:

1. Membership

a. The new site integrates our membership into a fullyautomated system that you, the member, can accessand control.

b. If you were a WAC member on or before March 2018,we’ve already created a record for you in the newwebsite. To access your account online, you’ll need tolog in using your Email and establish a new Password(we were able to export most records NOTPasswords!).

i. PLEASE NOTE: Not all memberships have validand/or Current Email address – we used thelast/best available record we had on file.Please visit the new website and click on the‘Members’, ‘Sign In’ link. There, you will see alink to reset your password with your currentEmail.

ii. If you enter in your Email and you get amessage that states: ‘No Record Exists’, thatsimply means that we do not have your currentEmail address attached to your records.

iii. Contact Dan Price at:memberships@pinellasoutdoorshootingrange.comand he’ll get you all set up.

c. The new website features automated billing; renewals;an online store; and you can even pre-pay your dailyrange fee directly from the website. Once you’ve madethe purchase online, you have the option of ‘Printing’

your receipt or simply showing it using your Smart Phone to a Range Officer duringthe check-in procedure

d. If you have an Associate Member attached to yourmembership, they now have their own dedicatedaccount. They will also need to contact Dan to get theirEmail straightened out so they can access theiraccount.

2. Advanced Security

a. This new website employs a 512-bit encrypted SSL(Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the highest level ofonline security.

b. In addition, our online payment system deploys evenmore advanced online security given that they arehandling your payments and storing your credit cardson their servers.

c. This all makes it easier to handle transactions, memberbilling & renewals, and if you wish, paying for dailyshoot fees and soon, registering and paying in advancefor special shooting events/matches.

3. Membership Cards

a. Our new system enables you to upload a picture ofyourself and print your own membership card(complete with your beautiful picture)

b. This facilitates entry to the public lines as the newcards also clearly detail your membership status andexpiry date

4. Renewals

a. Renewals can now be handled online, simply select theMembership Renewal option and select how you wishto pay – this is a fully automated system designed togive you greater control over your membership

b. As a Full Member, you can ‘Assign/Designate’ anAssociate Membership to your Spouse/Partner/Significant Other

i. There is no cost for Associate Members, butthey must go to the website and complete theonline registration.

ii. Please note: EVERY member has their own,unique members page, regardless ofmembership level

iii. Only Full Members are Voting Members

5. New Members

a. If you know someone who may want to join the club,encourage them to visit the website and purchase afull membership directly online. Again, this is a fullyautomated system and they can complete theapplication, upload their picture, pay for theirmembership and Print their new card all online.

b. New Members can also designate an AssociateMembership at the time of registration and they canthen go online and complete their AssociateMembership Registration

6. Online Member Communications

a. Our new system affords us with a unique opportunityto ‘Communicate’ with you, our members via Email.

b. You will soon start receiving Monthly Club Updates aswell as other important Club News and MemberSurveys direct to your Email In-box

c. The monthly Club Updates will also feature a link to thelatest Straight Shooter Newsletter

7. Privacy

a. We will never SELL, SHARE and/or DISTRIBUTE yourpersonal information (including your Email Addresswith any 3rd party.

b. We need your Email Address; this is required toaccomplish 2 important things:

i. Give you access to the new website (andcontrol over your account), and,

ii. Communicate more efficiently with themembers

c. As with all things online, we place a very high premiumon our Members Privacy and are not inclined to deviatefrom this Privacy policy or our Pledge to Protect YourPrivacy

ROs NEEDED

Please come and help us on the first Saturday of the Month. We needall persons that can come to the Range regardless of ability and we will giveyou a project that suits you.

This plead for help isn’t just for Paul Williams and myself. As the Clubcontinues to grow when the volunteers continue to dwindle it becomes aburden for us to maintain and complete new projects for the Club to continueon it’s growth pattern. If we are unable to entice members to come to a workparty to help, we will be forced to raise the membership dues to cover the costof hiring the work out. Benefits of coming to a work party besides what I’ve juststated is excercise to handle the calories from morning donuts and coffee. AlsoBill Oalmann makes killer lunches to help with some of the calories you lostthrough the Morning. If Bill is unable to come and make lunch we order some-thing, like subs, pizza, etc. for your dinning pleasure.
