• It’s a mindset issue: the person has to be fired with a passion for enterprise.

A. Catch them young, and encourage them to start their own businesses.

• Provide Mentoring to start-ups in a structured manner.

• Define clear criteria for identifying worthwhile ventures and provide funding to support them.

• Monitor progress of the entrepreneurs supported by WZCC.

What other initiatives?

• Provide more structured activities for networking.

• Connect Small and Medium-sized enterprises with larger ones who can outsource work to them.

• Launch special initiatives for female entrepreneurs.

• Have a mechanism to annually measure the Achievements v/s Targets set by WZCC chapters.
