Veterinary regulationsDogs from EU countries and third countries have to meet the conditionsprescribed by the European Parliament and Council Regulation 998/2003.

Dogs have to be vaccinated against rabies at least no later than 30 days andno earlier than one year before the show and have to be immune fromdistepmer and para-viral disease.

Instructions for application completionComplete the application on a typewriter or in block capitals. Illegible appli-cation forms will be returned. The organizer accepts no responsibility forwrongly completed applications.Unless a photocopy of PerformanceCertificate (the examination certificate, not tables and exam confirmation orChampionship Certificate for the Champion class) is enclosed the dog willbe classified to the open class. A proof of fee payment has to be attachedto the application, unless the application will be returned. The fee may bepaid at the show in exceptional situations upon agreement with the orga-nizer, as per the 2nd deadline. The postal date on evelope is decisive fordistinction between the first and second deadlines. Reclassification or exc-lusion of dogs after the deadline is not possible. Acceptance of a dog to theshow will be confirmed in written 10 days before the show. By applicationacceptance each exhibitor is subject to all the provisions of the FCI.Exhibition Rule and the internal rules. Important note: A photocopy of thepedigree has to be attached to the application – applies to all the dogsadmitted to the exhibition.

General provisionsThe exhibition is accessible to males and females of all breeds registeredin the books recognized by the FCI that reached the age required for clas-sification no later than on the day of the show. The show organizer doesnot take responsibility for damages caused by a dog or an exhibitor, or fordog loss or dead.Free running of dogs is not allowed. Biting dogs have towear muzzles. The Show Committee may reject an application withoutgiving a reason. Changes of dog exterior done by excessive hair spraying,hair dying and the basic trimming with long-term training of dogs on tab-les is not allowed. Hot females, females at advanced gravidity stages, nur-sing females,individuals with operative or other interventions on exteriorsto a defect removals and dogs with cropped ears are excluded from theexhibition. Owners of „BOB“ awarded dogs are obliged to participate in thefinal winner show with their dogs. Colour traits are judged according to theFCI provisions. Unless otherwise stated in the instructions,the provisionsof the FCI International Exhibition Rule and the CMKU Exhibitions Ruleapply. If the show does not take place for any reasons the fees will be usedfor settlement of the exhibition costs. Sale puppies is forbidden during theshow. An exhibitor agrees with publication of his address in the catalogue.

Complaints: Complaints against judge’s decision is inadmissible. Only formal reasonsof breaching the Exhibition Rule or instructions may be contested. A com-plaint has to be filed in written together with a bail of CZK 500 during theexhibition only. Unless the protest is found justified the bail will be forfei-ted for the benefit of the show organizer.
