V3 Operation Manual

To create new 14719 firmware, you need：CPU key and Original 14719 nand

First get the CPU key

If you already have your console's CPU key you can skip this step and directly jump to the

next step.

If you do not have the CPU key will have to be obtained by following these steps (make sure

your machine is not yet upgraded to the latest official 14719 firmware, otherwise there is no

way to get the CPU key):

Let say using firmware 14699 Slim Trininty to illustrate the obtained process, first of all

follow the instructions provided in the website to connect x360pro V3 and the console’s

motherboard;

Install port95nt.exe in the software installation package, restart the computer, after

reboot is complete, press "WIN start" then select "All Programs" to confirm the

DLPortIO installation was successful. If not installed, please switch off the antivirus

software and do the installation again.

Connect the PC and V3 USB port (check the on/off switch state), then power up console (be

careful not to turn on console yet), the PC will found new hardware, install the driver with

the default settings. Once installation is complete, you will see the USB device in Device

Manager.

Make sure the switch was at its original state (red light), launch the software on your PC

(Needs atleast Net Framework 3.5 to execute the program) , select the upper-right corner of

usb icon, and then click “Detect”, the software should able to identify the nand flash

version. ,the nand capacity of your console’s will be displayed at the top.

At the “’Read” option, select the appropriate capacity, then configure “Multiple Read” option

to read maximum 4 times, enable the “Read Slot 1” and “Read Slot 2”

DOS command screen will pop-up, and start reading flash (this process takes approximately

15 minutes).

after read NAND twice, software will compare the reading result, will display a green mark if

the verification was success

If bad blocks found, will be shown an exclamation point, and green MATCHED, which

shows the existence of bad block in your nandflash, please disregard out to continue to the

next step

If compare error, will display an exclamation point, and shows the red MISMATCH , please

process the third reading, until the comparison correctly

7. At this time, the NAND was read complete, please pay attention to the nand version was

2.0.14699 , and then prepare flash this NAND to x360pro V3, make sure the switch at the

“custom firmware” state (the switch status: red light), as shown in figure below

8. Now start to flash the NAND, first in “C: \ nandpro” (the default settings of the directory can

be changed), find “nand1.bin” and rename it to “glitch_image.bin”, and then perform tasks

according to figure below

9. Write Image to NAND, This process takes approximately 6 minutes.

After writing is completed, click on the the “Build Xell Reloaded” option, select the

nand file (glitch_image.bin) in the “select image”. Configure the corresponding model

to trinity, Click “Build Xell Reloaded” to generate “xell”. You will see a successful

message once done.

After click “Yes”, you can see the “image_00000000.ecc” green tick (meaning the file has

been generated in the C: \ nandpro), click the “Wriet Xell to of NAND”, and will pop up a

confirmation window, click “OK” to begin flash xell into the NAND of 360.

Writing 4F will complete within a minute, press any key to exit.

First unplug the console power, then unplug the USB cable. And then connect the xbox360

power supply, boot and connect a TV signal line (not HDMI), wait for about an minute. The

screen appears: CPU key and DVD the key. You can use the camera or write down the key.

Keep the key safely, shutdown consoles.

Upgrade, Read new version of NAND

1. Make switch state at the “original firmware”, upgrade consoles firmware to official

2.0.14719 firmware. Power off console after upgrading.

2. Follow step 4 to read the NAND.

New rebuild firmware

Decompression “xeBuild-GUI-2.01” (download from official website), execute the “xeBuild GUI

2.01.exe”

“Paths -----> Source File ------> open” select the newly generated nand file, “outpath the file

------> save” can be specified to generate the file save path. Build type select GGboot;

Motherloader select Trininty; the Keys select previous cpu key; other settings to default state; after

selection interface will appear 8 green check mark, as shown, and finally click on the “Generate

hacked image” to generate firmware. Default firmware name was“nandflash.bin” (name can be

changed), then close this application.

Write new firmware

Make sure switch at the “custom firmware” (red light), then the follow step 5.

Note: should rename the “nandflash.bin” to “glitch_image.bin” (orignal nand files can be deleted

or moved to another location)

Write is complete. Disconnect the USB data cable, you can boot up (red light:custom fimrware; no

light: original firmware). Setup was complete.

Xbox official latest firmware version was 2.0.14719, the V3 product then do a corresponding

improvement; This product is currently only supported Trinity Slim console,，not support X360 fat

yet, We will release the firmware for X360 fat in a short term, please mantain your attention!
