Xenith offers 5 of the most popular facemask styles available in a variety of team colors. Xenith facemasks are made of carbon steel to ensure strength and are comparable in weight to other carbon steel facemasks. All 5 styles will accommodate any name brand eye shield or visor. The X1 should only be fitted with Xenith facemasks, and only Xenith facemask clips should be used.

Xenith facemasks are protected by a polyethylene powder coating that is designed for maximum durability and are offered in 13 colors. (Actual colors may vary slightly from swatches below.)

When choosing the correct size X1, it may be helpful to use the chart below as a guide to begin the process.

Keep in mind that everyone’s head is unique, and the fit of the helmet is a personal preference.

The versatility of the Shock Bonnet allows for even more customization. Each size of the X1 can be ordered in “Snug” sizes, which include Aware-Flow shock absorbers with thicker comfort pillows that

make the helmet fit slightly smaller.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

REGULARSNUG

STEP 1 MEASURE YOUR HEADUsing a standard measuring tape, measure the circumference of your head at the widest point, about an inch above the ears and eyebrows. Then consult the Xenith X1 Size Chart and choose your correct size X1 helmet.

STEP 2 CINCH THE LOW STRAPS BY PULLING OUTWARDPull the low chinstraps outward, which will cause the chincup to slide up to meet your chin, and the Shock Bonnet to snug down around your head. Be sure to pull evenly on both sides so that the chincup stays centered. Do not overtighten.

STEP 3 ADJUST LOW BUCKLES AND SNAP INTO PLACEBring the low chinstraps under the jawline of the shell (as shown) and up to the snap. Then slide each buckle along the chinstrap and snap it into place, leaving minimal slack in the chinstrap.

STEP 4 ADJUST HIGH BUCKLES AND SNAP INTO PLACEPull the high chinstraps upward so that the chincup pivots under your chin. Slide the buckles down along each chinstrap and snap into place, leaving minimal slack in the chinstrap.

STEP 5 CHECK FOR PROPER FIT AND ADJUST AS NEEDEDWith all four buckles snapped into place, apply force to the facemask in multiple directions. If there is exces-sive movement, tighten the chinstraps further and readjust the buckles.
