Amidstthosewidespreadconcernsthatthedealwillnotwinregulatoryapproval,SiriusCEOMel KarmazinsaidduringaconferencecallwithstockanalystsonTuesday(Feb.20),“Iwouldnothavegonetoourboard[topromotethistransaction]…ifwedidn’tthinktherewasgreaterthana50-50chanceofapproval.”
