Xpress 100 – Compact and Mobile Rotary Tablet Press

From laboratory to production, the Xpress range ensures efficiency as the equipment is designed to consistently compress a wide variety of product formulations.

The Xpress 100 is ideal to scale up to the established Xpress range of production presses as it uses the same mpower operating software. This allows easier comparison of results. mpower enables compliance to 21 CFR Part 11 and provides full batch documentation. The optional data acquisition software (DAQ) enables developers to examine the various effects made by changes in the active drug and excipients on key process parameters.

The Manesty Xpress 100 is a compact and mobile rotary tablet press designed for research and development and small clinical batches. Mounted on castors it permits mobility throughout different laboratory rooms with it‘s “plug and play” capability.

Four turret versions are available providing flexibility depending on how the press will be used. For example the Adapt 8 station turret will allow the use of both B and D punches without the need to exchange cams.

A range of product hoppers and a choice of feeding systems allow a wide range of substrates to be compressed.
