Cut the back of your Yakoff, rightbehind the seat.

Place the Yakoff onto a woodenplank.Trace the edges of thekayak onto the plank.1.

Measure out where you wantyour shelves. Install shelf brackets.

Cut along the traced line tocreate your Yakshelf base.

TIP #1Make sure those bad boysare level before ya screw ‘em.

6. Bore a hole at the top of your Yakoff.This is where the light will go. 7.

Make sure your electrical chordhas a direct line to an outlet.Then mount your lamp.

TIP #2Don’t make that hole huge.Huge holes won’t work.

Measure and cut your wood 2x4s to the correct size,insert, and secure them using screws.

That’s it! You’ve turned your Yakoff into a magnificentlooking Yakshelf. That you can put stuff in.Like books or taxidermy.
