Summary

If you're like me, you struggle loading the stock buffer. I've tried severalauto rewind spool holders but have struggled to get them to work,particularly if the pool is full and not well balanced.

I really like the simplicity of the "passive" buffer that ships with the MMU.To simplify loading, I added guides to help direct the filament to the outlet.

The steps for loading are 1) Lower the guide for the appropriate filament2) Hold the guide down while pushing the filament through and loading theMMU 3) Once loaded reset the guide to the up position and lower thesecondary lock to prevent the guide from falling during operation. 4) Enjoyconsistent and reliable printing :)

Additional hardware required PC4-M6 & PC4-M10 fittings (5 each) 608bearings for the wheels (5x) M3-50 screws for holding everything together

The .3mf files shoud give you examples. I printed mine out of ABS but PLAshould work

The base has some tricky overhangs where it meets - The .3mf file usessupport enforcers there.

Everything else should print fairly easily, You need 5 wheels 6 walls 1 ofeverything else
