WSU Sky FairThis year Winona State University has selected the theme “The Big Sky” which will be incorporated into various course curricula and events throughout the year. The WSU Sky Fair will include a variety of activities including astronomical education activities, a scale model of the solar system and a star viewing party in the evening. There will also be activities highlighting the great diversity of birds in the area, including “birds on a stick” to help with identification and craft activities which involve making feeders and birdbaths and planting native species for bird forage.
