Dutch Design & Yalp Fono

Dutch Design can be typified as minimalist, experimental, and innovative. This also

describing the overall look, feel and functionality of the Yalp Fono.

The Yalp Fono is completely unique in the sense that it is the only outdoor DJ table in the

world. It is designed for public use, and is highly robust. The design version of the Yalp

Fono is designed with the Architect, Landscape Architect, and City Planner in mind.

Not only the DJ Table itself, but also the wood is of the highest quality. The wooden

elements; also of 100% Dutch design are made by Grijsen (www.grijsen.nl), in

collaboration with Yalp.

Do you have very special requests? Perhaps a different kind or color of wood? There

might just be a solution! Ask us for the details.

The robustness and

quality of this wood

is second to none. It

is intended for urban

applications and is made

to withstand abuse.

This modular outdoor

bench radiates power,

and a tough warmth.

The wood is sourced

honestly. Thanks to it´s

modest design, it blends

into many types of

environment.

Materials:

Footing / base: steel 4 mm, hotdip galvanized and plints

double powdercoated 120 μ in RAL color of choice.

Seating / Wood: FSC 100% hardwood 90mm x 120mm untreated.

About Yalp FonoThe Yalp Fono is an entirely new kind of play set; developed especially for teenagers. In

order to meet their unique - and often misunderstood demands, Yalp developed the Yalp

Fono: a DJ-table, made especially for the outdoors.

The Yalp Fono allows teenagers to play, mix, and share the music on their mobile phones. In

the end, however, it is much more than just a DJ-table. It is an overall meeting point-, and

hangout spot for teenagers.
