YAQF ­ August 2015Yet Another QuickBooks Feature 

Hello there,

August was a big month for us for a number of reasons:

First and most importantly, we started our customer satisfaction surveys and the feedback has been awesome. Wereceived many very positive comments and also some indicating we need to do more work (and which we look atvery closely and act on). All of it is very much appreciated!Second we just enhanced our web­based menu system. (You’ll now notice scrolling up doesn’t lose the menuanymore.) There is a lot more coming in our web UI and it’ll typically come with a new update about once a monthfor quite some time. These updates will always be launched with an eye to our customers saying “I get it, that’snice."As always, we’ve added a lot of refinements and new features based on your feedback

One of the things that our customer surveys showed us is that we need to deliver more information to our end users. Youas an administrator receive this newsletter every month, but your end users don’t get anything similar. That’s about tochange. Starting mid­September we’re going to start a semi­monthly end­user newsletter that’ll go out mid­month. We’regoing to deploy three months in a row to get started as we have a lot to share and then we’re going to scale back to semi­monthly. Of course, recipients can always remove themselves from distribution by clicking the Unsubscribe link at thebottom of Nexonia emails, but we hope end­users will want to stay in the loop.

WHAT'S NEW ON THE WEB

New Menu: It looks nicer and cleaner and if you scroll the menu will stay at thetop. This new look is coming in a month or two to our tables and menusunderneath the main menuExpense Recall: This is a web­only feature (coming soon to mobile) whereemployees can now recall submitted expenses not already approved! Gear >Company > Features > Edit > “Allow users to recall a report after submitting”.It’ll send an email to all current and prior approvers to let them know the reporthas been recalledOrbitz Travel Integration: We’re up to five travel integrations now! Egencia,nuTravel, Orbitz, GetThere and AtriisReference Date: This is a special hidden date field in expenses that can beset to be a number of things, but is mostly used for alignment with a postingdate in accounting systems for when you want to extract reports by this postingdateExport Date and Reference Date Reporting: You now have these dates asreporting run­time criteria if you want to use themRegion Labeling: You can now re­label “Region” to be whatever you want.

For example, some ERPs call it “Subsidiary” and others call it “Entity”

Download Email Addresses Separator: Some emails systems like a commaand others like a semi­colon, so we’ve added support for both!
