1 - Multichannel recording. Studio setup, multi i/o soundcard, preamps, talkback, monitors, “DI” recording.

DURING THE NEXT THREE WEEKS (PRIOR TO THE ASSESSMENT PERIOD) YOU WILL UNDERTAKE 7 TEACHING SESSIONS COVERING;
1 - Multichannel recording. Studio setup, multi i/o soundcard, preamps, talkback, monitors, “DI” recording.
2 - Microphones - Dynamic vs Condensors, frequency responses, phantom power. Large vs small diaphragm mics, proximity effect. Live room, stage box, vocal booth.
