Year 13 Trip to Birmingham University

Birmingham University offers a range of courses which will reside in the interests of all students. The University has specialist facilities for qualifications in technology which will be beneficial for ICT students to see where to progress their A Level IT qualification.

They will be able to talk to students and lecturers about their experiences and about the courses.

The benefits of going to Birmingham University is that it is reasonable close and if the university appeals to the students then it may resolve any concerns they have about having to leave home and the cost that entails.

Travel

To find out the exact price we must phone up the company but an estimated price would be £200. Swiftsure are a Burton based coach travel company so there will be additional costs for the coach to travel to the school.

14.30-15.40- Free time to look around the university and speak with the graduates and students about the courses

Food must be consumed onsite as there may be no time for the students to visit the city centre.
