JD Tanner earned a degree in Outdoor Recreation from Southeast Missouri State Uni-versity and an advanced degree in Outdoor Recreation Administration from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States and is the Coordinator for Outdoor Recreation at San Juan College in Farming-ton, New Mexico.

Emily Ressler-Tanner spent her early years � shing, hiking, and camping with her family in the mountains of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. She graduated from Southern Illi-nois University with an advanced degree in Recreation Resource Administration.
