Yellowstone National Park 2018 January 19th - January 26th Yellow,tone in the Snow: Winter in Yellowstone is a Photographers Dream! Blankets of snow over vast landscapes in addition to amazing wildle opportunities. Some of the subjects we will be shooting include: Bison, Elk, Trumpeter Swans, Wolves, Bald Eles, River Otters, Coyote, Big Horn Sheep, and Moose not to mention the Landsces, Rivers and Geysers. We will spend time in Lamar Valley shooting Wildlife, and we will be taking Snow Coaches to both the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and the Lower and Upper Geyser Basins. Snow Coach: Snow Coaches accommodate up to 10 passengers. Our group will be limited to 8 to insure there is plenty of room for our gear. Gardiner fflonlana: We will be staying in the town of Gardiner Montana which is at the North Entrance of Yellowstone and located on the Yeowstone River.

rleaible Itinerary: Our day to day itinerary may vary since the weather determines our

schedule however, listed below is the outline of our plans :

January 19th:

* Arrive in Bozeman, MT and travel to our hotel in Gardiner.

January 20th:

*Lamar Valley

January 21st:

*Lamar Valley

January 22nd:

* All Day Snow Coach / Grand Canyon of Yellowstone

January 23rd:

*Either Sunrise or Sunset shoot depending on weather

*1/2 Day Peoples Choice (please see attached for local activities including guided hiking/ snow shoe

cross country skiing and snow mobiling) These activities are not included in the price of the

workshop and are up to each individual if you would like to participate.

January 24th:

January 25th:

*Sunrise Shoot and Head Back to Airport

Photographing the Milky Way over Yellowstone since our

trip coincides with the New Moon!

Trip Pricing and Details:

Price Per Person/ Double: (2 people/ 1 or 2 Beds)

$2,450.00

Trip Includes: * 7 nights lodging at Best Western Gardiner Montana

* 2 Days Snow Coach Tours with Park Guide

* 4 Days transportation in Full Size SUV to and from

Lamar Valley (3 people per vehicle)

* 7 Dinners (Friday through Thursday)

* 6 Lunches (Saturday through Thursday)

* 7 Breakfasts (Saturday through Friday)

* snacks and drinks / coolers on board daily excursions.

* Transportation to and from the Airport* (see below)

*For those folks who don't want to rent their own car, our Workshop Vehicles will be departing the Bozeman Airport by 3:00pm on Friday. Please let

us know if you're interested. The drive from the airport to Gardiner is approximately 78 miles one way.

What's Not Included: * Air fare, meals not included in itinerary; activities taken on your own, personal medical or

travel insurance; any expenses of a personal nature, such as room service, laundry, beverages not

included with meals, medical expenses, photographic equipment, any activities not specified in

tour itinerary or listed as optional, or any items not listed in what is included.

Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds:

$500 per person deposit due to hold your spot.

61 days or more: $300 cancellation fee

60 days or less: No Refund.

Travel Insurance is always recommended to minimize the risk of losses you would incur in the event of a delay

of your departure due to weather and or any other delays out of your personal

control. In this case we will be flying into Montana / Yellowstone in the height of Snow Season,

I suggest you check into what is covered specifically in case the weather affects your flights.
