Ygl is pleased to announce the release of our new website http://yglworld.com, a web portal devoted to Ygl busi-

ness solutions news. This webpage is the result of synchronized hard work done by our team in analyzing and de-

signing the concept. Our new site has been redesigned with a fresh new look and has been updated with informa-

tion about our latest products and services. Additionally, our new site will provide support and information to answer

our customer's most common questions.

Our website is built using the same open-source Content Management System that powers many of our customer

sites.

As your IT Solutions Provider, our goal is to provide our customers, visitors and prospects from different domains

with a one stop portal to enlighten their problems and continually strive to add more information to update you with

IBM Malaysia organized their first ever Boot Camp and

Training Sessions in Penang. As a partner of IBM, Ygl sent

our staff to participate in the two days programme. It was

indeed a good training and we hope that IBM will come up

with more of such training programmes in Penang. Thank

Sage Accpac ERP 6.0 introduces an Executive Dashboard The new Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 will include an Excutive Dashboard that displays key performance indicators and corporate data via a new technology called Data Portlets. The data portlets are dynamically linked to the Sage Accpac ERP database and can be refreshed at any time. Examples of some of the sample data portlets are shown below. When hovering over the images in Accpac actual numerical data will be provided as well as the opportunity to edit the configuration of the data and to print an actual report. These data portlets can appear when one first logs into ACCPAC which will hopefully be a starting point for to users to help them get their day to day work completed.

The Highly Anticipated Release of Sage Accpac ERP Version 6.0A

Everyone in the Sage community is eagerly awaiting the release of Version 6.0A of the Sage Accpac ERP suite. This

version of the software is a leap forward for Sage Accpac ERP in that it presents the user with a browser-based user

interface (UI) that has been designed using the Google Web Toolkit (GWT). The new UI has been designed to allow

the user to navigate as quickly and as intuitively as possible, based on their specific job duties (i.e it’s roles-based). As

you can see from this screen shot, the user is presented with a dashboard style screen, that displays their mission-

critical data in a graphical format, and allows them to navigate accordingly. Each user can personalize their own por-

tal, and system security assures that each user will only be allowed to view or change information that they are al-

lowed to access.

The UI also allows quick access to inquiries on an ad-hoc basis and facilitates the creation of quick information lists

and reports. User-created queries can be saved and reused. The new UI will replace the existing Sage Accpac ERP

desktop. Crystal Reports is still used as the default report writer, but in the new release, query results are shown using

the Crystal web view in a separate tab on the Accpac portal, as shown in the attached screen snapshot.

Infor is organizing a half-day event on 21 Sep 2010 from 9am to 2pm at G-Hotel Penang. As Infor’s partner, Ygl Convergence Malaysia Sdn Bhd will participate as an exhibitor to show-case Infor ERP LN. Invitations are extended to all Infor’s customers based in Northern Ma-laysia.
