GOAL

products; result several sources. LuLu today has several sources for all these products and keeping a record at not as simple as it sounds.
PROBLEMS FACED
The basic structure of the hyper market is
altered depending on the region. For instance, meat is sold in very less quantity when compared to the other cities.
Another important challenge is, 40% agricultural products are wasted due to improper planning.
Tax is another serious issue the team faces.
Market scenario in every region can be
properly analyzed before the hyper market is set up.
The pulse of the customers can be studied through surveys and data analysis.
SOLUTION
