Proposal Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 5700 to rezone

the captioned parcels to allow Fix Auto to expand their property by re-zoning part of the parcel at 498—41 Street South. This will facilitate subdivi-sion and consolidation as a next step to develop a new parking area, and enlarge the existing stor-age lot area.
