Accommodation: The Schoolmistress with the Golden Eyes, guesthouse in Mythimna/Molivos Lesvos GR (rooms with double bed, fridge, balcony and sea view)

Conditions: •  Good physical & psychical health •  Beginners to advanced •  Openness & patience – Yoga bilingual, lessons are open for other guests. Program due to change. Participants: max 10 people, accompany at request

Costs: •  Room without meals, 10 x 90 Min Yoga at different places in nature, trips and organisation 750 €

Individual costs: •  Trips: bus, Hot Spring etc. •  Flight/individual arrival •  Transfer from the airport to Molivos 70 €/way, common transfer or transfer with me on request •  Food •  Thai Massage if wanted 90 Min à 140 €

Program in detail

Spring on the island of Lesvos – greek hospitality, hot springs, lonely beaches – Molivos, a historical village on a hill by the sea.

Holidays to relax and enjoy – Yoga whenever possible under the open sky at different places in nature – swimming in the sea, hot springs and Thai Massage as complementary.

The Schoolmistress with the Golden Eyes – a little guesthouse run by local people in the middle of the village Molivos but quiet nevertheless. Shops for food and souvenirs just round the corner.

Start the day with activating Hatha Yoga and calm down in the evening with relaxing Yin Yoga before enjoying the golden sunsets from the balcony of your room.

Milena Altorfer, Medical Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher carries you with Yoga and relaxation on a journey through the Chakras.
