THE RETREAT  

Held  on  the  tropical   island  of  Maui,  this  retreat  is  based  on   the   foundation   of   yoga,   music   and   happiness.   Over  the   seven  days  Steve  will   share  his   knowledge  on  yoga,  meditation,  nutrition,  pranayama,  happiness  and  music.  Daily  Hip  Hop  &  Yin  yoga  classes  will  be   taken  by  Steve  and   Sammy,   working  with   a   relaxed   schedule   including  optional  meditation  and  pranayama.  

 

NUTRITION  &  FOOD    

 

We  will  have  a  personal  Hawaiian  cook,  Chef  Hiram  who  is   designing   a   special   menu   to   include   raw,   organic,  vegan   and   vegetarian   options.   Chef   Hiram   enjoys  making   delicious   meals   from   scratch   and   using   organic  ingredients  sourced  from  local  farmers  and  his  very  own  garden!  There  will  also  be  opportunity  to  venture  out  at  your  own  leisure  for  lunch  and  dinner  over  the  7  days.  

   

The   retreat   penthouse   will   be   converted   into   our   very  own   private   dining   room   with   views   of   the   bamboo  forest  and  Pacific  Ocean.  

 

ACTIVITIES    

     

The  retreat  is  about  freedom  so  there  will  be  lots  of  free  time   for   you   to   explore   the   beautiful   island   of   Maui.  There   are   many   activities   on   offer   including   surfing,  walking,   hiking,   snorkeling,   turtle   diving,   swimming,  stand-­‐up   paddle   boarding,   kayaking,   whale   watching,  sun-­‐baking  and  so  much  more.  Maui  is  your  oyster!  

 

RESORT  &  VILLAS    

     

Wailea   Inn   is   considered   one   of   the   finest   residences  ever   built   on  Maui.  With   amazing   views   of   the   famous  Volcano   known   as   Haleakala   and   Hawaii’s   premier   surf  beach,  “The  Cove”,  Wailea   Inn   is   located   in   the  town  of  Kihei,   with   cafes,   shops,   raw   restaurants   and   beach  activities  within  walking  distance.  

   

The  resort’s  private  heated  pool,  sun-­‐baking  lounges,  hot  tub  and  sauna  are  accessible  from  each  villa.  

   

The   resort   includes   two   yoga   spaces,  one   indoor   studio  and   one   outdoor   shala   with   ocean   views,   both   fully  equipped  with  yoga  mats,  blocks,  bolsters  and  straps.

COST    

   

The   retreat   cost   is   AU$2,300   inclusive   of  accommodation,   yoga,   meditation   and   food   at   the  retreat.
