Performance Hall, Bailey Performance Center. 8:00 p.m. 2/16 "Luminous Threads: Community Collaborative Projects of the Center for Traditional Textiles of Cusco," Catherine Joslyn and Nilda Callañaupa Álvarez, visiting artists and curators of the Engaging History Textile Exhibit. 2/23 “Political Theater and its Connection to the Human Rights Movement in Peru,” Luis Ramos-García, Professor of Spanish & Portuguese, University of Minnesota 2/23-24 The renowned theater company Cuatrotablas, featuring Peruvian director and actor Mario Alejandro Delgado, will perform selections from José María Arguedas, as they commemorate their 40th anniversary.
