Please consider my motorcycle for entry into the “Custom Bike” portion of the Hogtown Cycles show. By signing below, I agree to and understand the following: I agree to abide by the rules of the Lucan-Biddulph Township and the organizers of the show. I agree to move my motorcycle in and out of the show at the times directed by the organizers. I agree to assume all risk for any damage to the motorcycle, however caused, as a result of transportation to and from the show, storage and exhibition of the motorcycle.I agree to allow any images of my motorcycle to be used at the discretion of the organizers of the show.I understand that the final decision of placement of the bike for display and any show awards will be made by the organizers of the show.
